International Valuation & Advisory is a group of commercial real estate valuation professionals with diverse and extensive experience in valuation and advisory practice. We are based in New York and work across the United States.
Most of us are members of the Appraisal Institute and / or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, two globally recognized professional organizations. Almost all of us are also State Certified General Appraisers in our respective States.
Coming to real estate valuation profession from diverse business, management and executive backgrounds enables us the breadth of understanding and appreciation of client needs for various purposes and uses of valuation assignments. Our experience and exposure in working with large domestic entities and international companies helps us view any appraisal problem from a multi-dimensional perspective.
